Enrolment Process
We suggest you submit applications as early as possible to ensure a greater chance of receiving an offer at the right time for your child to commence. Places are usually confirmed and filled 12 months prior to commencement.
If a year level is full and your application has been unsuccessful, your child will be placed on a waiting list until a place is available. Please be aware that you must find an alternative option if this is the case, as we cannot guarantee a place for your child.
- Submit Your Application
Complete the Application Form and submit it to the Reception Office either in person, by email ([email protected]), or by mail to PO Box 19, Dallas VIC 3047. Please include all relevant paperwork when submitting. - Pay the Application Fee
A $75 non-refundable application fee must be paid at the time of submitting your application to progress to the next stage of the enrolment process. - Attend the Enrolment Interview
Shortlisted families will be contacted by our Registrar for an Enrolment Interview with their child. Interviews for Foundation are conducted by the Head of Primary the year before starting, and for Year 7 by the Head of Middle School 12 to 18 months prior. Interviews for other year levels may be arranged after application submission. - Receive Your Offer
First-round offers are made in the weeks following interviews.
Due to high demand, not all interviewees will receive an offer. If the year level is full, your child will be placed on a waiting list, but alternative options should be considered as placement cannot be guaranteed.
